Use the Beehiiv Connection to bring Beehiiv subscriber data into BlueConic® profiles and to add BlueConic profiles to Beehiiv newsletter lists. Subscription status, tier, and engagement become part of the unified profile, and BlueConic segments can drive your Beehiiv lists without CSV exports or custom scripts.

(Optional) Add a data processor to transform values before they're sent.
Select Save.
5. Choose how subscribers are created and removed
Create new subscribers: Creates a Beehiiv subscription for profiles that don't have one yet. New subscriptions are created with the welcome email turned off.
Remove subscribers: When a profile leaves the segment, unsubscribes that person from the selected newsletter lists. This only applies to subscribers the connection created, and only when you also create new subscribers. It doesn't delete the Beehiiv subscription.
Existing subscribers are updated with the mapped tier and custom fields and added to the selected lists. The export doesn't rewrite the full subscription.

FAQ
Does the connection sync in real time?
No. The connection runs in batches, manually or on a schedule.
How does BlueConic match subscribers to profiles?
On email address only. Profiles without a valid email address aren't exported. Subscribers without a matching profile aren't imported, unless you enable profile creation for that list.
Can one connection work with several publications?
No. Each connection is linked to one publication. You enter the publication ID directly; there's no publication picker. Create another connection for each publication.
Can I sign in to Beehiiv with OAuth?
No. The connection authenticates with a workspace API key.
Does the export send a welcome email or reactivate subscribers?
No. New subscriptions are created with the welcome email turned off. Existing subscribers aren't reactivated, and double opt-in settings stay unchanged.
What happens when a profile leaves the segment?
If the export creates subscribers and removes subscribers, the person is unsubscribed from the selected newsletter lists. The Beehiiv subscription itself isn't deleted. Subscribers the connection didn't create aren't removed.
Which profile properties does the connection create?
It creates Beehiiv Synced List IDs, plus internal tracking properties for the lists it created subscribers in and the data it already sent.
