The Dialogues vs Original Insight is a visualization that compares the performance of one or more dialogue variants against the original variant.
The graph can consist of one of the following aspects, or metrics: views, clicks, conversions, conversion value or a marketing ratio that combines these metrics. You can also choose to show the performance against a set target.
It displays a graph that helps you understand a selected metric over time.
This view is especially useful for evaluating optimization efforts, A/B tests, or incremental improvements to conversational experiences

Configuring the Dialogues Graph Insight
The insight takes the time period setting of the dashboard into account. This is indicated by the clock icon in the top left. When you select a time period for the dashboard, the graph changes to display the new data for the selected time period.
When a time period has been selected for the dashboard and the "Compare with previous" option is selected, percentages are being shown to indicate the differences between the current period compared to the previous period.
Select one or more dialogue variants to compare against the originals.
Choose the metric (aspect) and its associated target that you want to analyze.
Define the time range over which performance data is displayed.
Note: The original should be the same for all dialogues to have a fair comparison.
