Multiple Segments Over Time (Insight)

This insight shows the number of profiles in multiple segments over time plotted in one graph, optionally as a stacked layer.

The Multiple Segments Over Time insight and its controls

This example shows an insight based on the Multiple segments over time insight type:

How do I see the number of first-party customer segment profiles over time in real-time customer segments in BlueConic?

The example shows the percentage of profiles in the named segments over time. Hover over the graph to see the details for a particular point in time.

The insight takes the time period setting of the dashboard into account. This is indicated by the clock icon in the top left. When a time period has been selected for the dashboard the plotted graph changes to display the profiles in the segments for the selected time period.

When a time period has been selected for the dashboard and the "Compare with previous" option has been activated, a percentage is shown to indicate the difference between the average of the current period compared to the average of the previous period.
