The Insight and its controls
This example shows a Dialogue Effectiveness insight:
The overview shows all dialogues that have one of the selected labels as a colored square. Each square can contain up to two darker shades of the same color, depending on the aspect that is being displayed. The color code for each label is displayed under the overview.
Dialogues are being grouped by label, meaning by color. Clicking on a color will zoom in on the dialogues with that particular label. Click on the overview again and the overview will zoom out to show all dialogues again. Clicking on the title of a dialogue will leave the dashboard to open the selected dialogue.

Dialogue labels
-
The Insight only shows the data for Dialogues that have specific labels. Search for the labels of Dialogues that you want to display, select the labels, and click OK to confirm the selection. Unique colors will be chosen for the first 10 dialogues, and reused if you select more than 10 dialogues for the insight.
Suggestion: Dialogues can have multiple labels assigned. This means you can create labels specifically for use in your insight and assign them to the Dialogues of your interest.

Aspect
- The insight offers six aspects of Dialogues to show:
-
- Views / clicks / conversions: Takes the total number of views, clicks, and conversions of each Dialogue into consideration when laying out the diagram. The biggest square is the Dialogue that has the highest number of views.
- Clicks / conversions: Takes the total number of clicks and conversions of each Dialogue into consideration for the diagram layout. The biggest square is the Dialogue with the highest number of clicks.
- Click ratio / conversion ratio: Takes the Click Ratio as (clicks / views) and the Conversion Ratio as (conversions / clicks) of each Dialogue into consideration for the diagram layout. The biggest square is the Dialogue with the highest Conversion Ratio.
- View ratio / conversion ratio: This takes the View Ratio as (clicks / views) and the Conversion Ratio as (conversions / views) of each Dialogue into consideration for the diagram layout. The biggest square is the Dialogue with the highest View Ratio.
- Lift click ratio / conversion ratio: Similar to the Click Ratio / Conversion Ratio option, but the biggest square is the Dialogue with the largest Conversion Ratio lift compared to the control group.
- Lift view ratio / conversion ratio: Similar to the View ratio / conversion ratio option, but the biggest square is the Dialogue with the largest View Ratio lift compared to the control group.
