BlueConic University training is designed in small, easily digestible courses that allows users to grasp concepts quickly, with the context needed to understand the impact of features in the platform. Courses will help you implement best practices, increasing your ROI and helping you to get more out of the platform.
Unlimited access to training
BlueConic University is available any time and includes unlimited access to training for all users, allowing you to start and stop whenever you’re ready. New users can register at any time, so new team members can be trained as soon as possible.
Training for BlueConic Partners
BlueConic Partners will find special courses and badges designed to help you successfully implement BlueConic use cases with your clients.
Register to start training today
BlueConic University has dedicated training for both customers and partners. To register, complete the following steps:
- In the BlueConic University page, click Register.
- Enter your information and your BlueConic user type: Customer, Partner, or Other.
- Click Next and fill out the additional fields.
- Click Register.
You are now logged into BlueConic University. We recommend watching the "Welcome to BlueConic University" video to familiarize yourself with the training options. - Start learning!
How to reset your training password
If you have previously registered for training in BlueConic Academy, your existing account has been migrated. Please take a moment to log in and update your password.
- In BlueConic University, select the “Log in now” button.
- On the sign in page, click “Forgot your password?”
- In your email inbox, open the “New Password” email and follow the link.
- Enter a new password and click “Change Password”.
- Log in and start learning!
