AI Canvas Collaborative Notes let you add sticky notes directly on the AI Canvas, so you can capture feedback and context in the same place you're building the growth play, instead of tracking it in a separate document or slide deck. Place a note next to the step it explains, and anyone working in the canvas can see who wrote it.
Before you begin

Add a note
Notes can be resized and repositioned with intuitive dragging, and you can assign colors to categorize notes by type or topic
Click the note icon in the bottom right of the AI Canvas
Select anywhere on the canvas to place a note, then type directly into it.
Move or resize a note
Drag a note to reposition it. Drag a corner to resize it.
Categorize notes with color
Choose a color from the dots in the top-left of a note to group notes by type or topic, for example, one color for open questions and another for decisions.
Minimize or delete a note
Minimize a note to collapse it without removing it. Closing a note with the (X) deletes it permanently, use minimize (-) instead if you just want a note out of the way temporarily.
See who wrote a note
Each note shows the email address of the person who created it, so you know who to follow up with without having to ask around.
Note: AI Canvas Collaborative Notes doesn't support @mentions or notifications.
