Insert BlueConic Experiences into Dialogues

Updated this week

By enabling the seamless insertion of targeted experiences directly into both existing and newly created Dialogues, the toolbar introduces capabilities like traffic splits, precise attribute mapping, and flexible deployment options. The Experiences Toolbar empowers marketers to deliver personalized and impactful customer journeys with greater efficiency.

Embedding BlueConic Experiences within Dialogues allows marketers to launch dynamic, personalized interactions based on CDP segmentation and targeting logic. Because these experiences live within BlueConic Dialogues, you can also use scheduling, recurrence, frequency caps, and visibility rules to ensure visitors see an experience only once or under specific conditions.

Reduce setup complexity and make personalized campaigns easier to execute.
It supports three core value drivers for marketers:

  • Reduce manual effort with a guided, no-code setup that lets teams launch and manage experiences directly from the dialogue workflow.

  • Act faster on insights by targeting, testing, and refining experiences in real time; profile updates are immediate, enabling quick activation.

  • Turn declared data into measurable outcomes by enriching profiles, improving conversions, and tying engagement to revenue growth.

By launching experiences within Dialogues, you can:

  • Deliver interactive experiences based on CDP segmentation and profile data.

  • Control who sees the experience, when it appears, and how often through BlueConic Dialogue settings.

  • Gather real-time engagement and response data directly back into profiles for ongoing personalization.

Before you begin

Before creating a BlueConic Experience Dialogue:

  • Confirm that your tenant includes both BlueConic CDP and BlueConic Experiences access.

  • For campaign ideas and best-practice builds, browse the Campaign Step-by-Steps collection (e.g., product quizzes, sweepstakes, trivia).

  • Confirm the Experience host domain is configured in BlueConic as a Channel.

  • Have the appropriate permissions to edit Dialogues in BlueConic.

  • Verify that a BlueConic Experiences connection is configured.

    • This connection synchronizes your published experiences for selection within dialogues.

  • Ensure at least one published experience exists in your BlueConic Experiences account.

    • Drafts remain editable in Experiences but cannot be launched in a Dialogue.

Add an Experience

To add a BlueConic Experience to your channels via a Dialogue:

  1. Open the Dialogue you want to add your experience to.

  2. In the content editor, click the Experiences icon from the toolbar.

  3. An “Insert Experience” configuration pop-up window will appear and an empty Experience canvas is inserted into the editor.

Configure your Experience

After adding an Experience, configure the following controls:

  1. Select an Experience:

    • Choose a brand via the dropdown. Brands are populated based on BlueConic Experiences Connection. Select an existing connection or create a new one.

    • Choose the Experience you want to insert.

      1. Note: You cannot edit the content of the Experience here. To edit the content, do so directly in the Jebbit platform.

  2. Settings:

    • (Optional) Enable the iFrame resizer.

      1. Enabling the iFrame resizer is recommended for the most seamless integration. This option dynamically adjusts the Experience height to fit all content, eliminating the need for internal scrolling.

    • Height: Set your desired Experience height.

    • Width: Set your desired Experience width.

  3. Personalization:

    • Click the Add mapping button to send BlueConic profile properties as query parameters to use traffic splits and dynamic text in your
Experiences.

  4. Click Apply and Save your settings.

Use cases

  • Product Finder QuizSetup: Insert a published Product Finder Experience via a Dialogue on product or category pages; limit frequency (e.g., once per session) and target shoppers with relevant CDP segments.
Result: Personalized recommendations and declared-preference capture that enrich profiles for remarketing.

  • SweepstakesSetup: Launch a Sweepstakes Experience from a Dialogue on promotional pages (trigger on exit intent or time-on-page); map coupon/redemption logic and enforce frequency caps.

Result: Increased sign-ups and coupon redemptions while converting anonymous visitors to known profiles.

  • Trivia / Gamified ContentSetup: Embed a Trivia Experience in a Dialogue for returning or highly engaged users; enable scoring, feedback overlays and optional lead capture.
Result: Higher engagement, social sharing, and declared-interest data that drives repeat visits.
