Use the TikTok Ads Manager Connection to export BlueConic profile and timeline event data to TikTok. With this connection you can create and sync custom audiences in TikTok Ads Manager, and send timeline events to TikTok Offline Event sets for conversion measurement and optimization.
By connecting BlueConic segment and event data to TikTok, you reach and measure the right audiences more effectively, targeting customers based on what you already know about them.

Before you begin
Confirm you have an active TikTok Ads Manager account.
Ensure you have the proper TikTok Ads Manager credentials.
Disable any active ad blockers before configuring this connection.
Define which profiles and timeline events you want to send to TikTok.
Before using the Export profile data to TikTok offline events goal, read the TikTok Offline Events API documentation.
Create a TikTok Ads Manager Connection
1. Click Connections > Add Connection.
2. Select the TikTok Ads Manager Connection from the popup window.
3. Enter the name and metadata details for the connection.
4. Click Save.
Authenticate
Select Set up and run in the left panel.
Click Connect with TikTok and log in to your TikTok advertising account.
In BlueConic, select your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Enter the Offline Event set ID in the TikTok Offline Event set section.
Click Save.
Tip: If an error occurs, select Reset authentication to repeat these steps and reconnect the accounts.
Configure the Export
Generate the export goal
Select the goal Create TikTok Custom Audiences to export BlueConic profiles to create and sync custom audiences in TikTok Ads Manager.
1. Link identifiers between BlueConic and TikTok Ads Manager
Select the BlueConic profile property containing a unique identifier to match profiles between the two systems. Identifiers with hashed values are supported.
Note: The TikTok API limits accounts to 400 custom audiences.
2. Map BlueConic segments to TikTok Audience IDs.
Select a BlueConic segment and map it to an existing Audience ID in TikTok or create a new audience by entering a new name.
Click Add mapping to add as many segment-to-audience mappings as needed.
After the first connection run, new audiences appear as a matched audience created by BlueConic.
Click Save.
Export profile data to TikTok offline events
Export BlueConic profile and timeline event data to a TikTok Offline Event set for conversion measurement and optimization.
1. Select a BlueConic segment.
Select the BlueConic segment whose profiles you want to export. Only profiles in this segment are exported.
2. Select an event date period.
1. Choose which timeline events to include in the export based on their date:
Export all timeline events
Export timeline events since last run
Export timeline events from the last [X] days
3. (Optional) Transform or filter your data before the export.
1. Add one or more data processors to transform or filter data before it is exported.
4. Link identifiers between BlueConic and TikTok.
Map profile fields to hashed email, phone, or external ID for TikTok offline event matching.
Click Add identifier to add more identifier mappings.
Note: Only use identifiers collected with proper consent.
5. Map timeline events to TikTok offline events.
Select a TikTok event.
Select a BlueConic timeline event type.
Map the Event ID, Event date/time, and any additional fields to their corresponding TikTok fields.
Click Add mapping to add more field mappings within an event.
Click Add TikTok event mapping to map additional TikTok events.
Click Save.
Run the Connection
Activate the goal
1. Check the goal you want to activate.
2. The green arrow indicates the active direction for the connection.
Run manually
1. Turn the connection On.
2. Click Save.
3. On the Set up and run page, scroll to the Run history section.
4. Click Run now to run all activated goals manually.
5. The run appears at the top of the table.
Run on a schedule
1. Click the Settings icon.
2. Choose an option from the dropdown list to configure by:
- Days of the week
- Day of the month
- Weekday of the month
3. Select the time of day.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Save.
Confirm data exchanged successfully
See the total number of unique profiles exported via the connection under Data exchange. These are unique profiles — if the same profile is exported multiple times, it is counted as one.

Create and activate as many export goals as needed within this connection.
Add this connection to an Objective allowing for privacy management of the information being picked up.
