This article describes how to remove or delete instances of a BlueConic Connection from your tenant. You can also remove the Connection plugin entirely. Deleting and removing unused Connections helps maintain the performance of your tenant. Contact BlueConic Support if you need assistance.
Removing instances of a connection
Navigate to the Connections tab from the BlueConic menu bar.
Search for the Connection by name among your existing connections.
Note: In the search Columns drop-down, select the Plugin field to display a list of connection instances and the plugin that created them.
Open each instance of the connection, click the drop-down arrow to the right of Save and select Delete.
Removing a connection plugin
BlueConic has a range of plugins offered in the Plugins gallery. Select Settings > Plugins to open the Plugins page. Here you can add, update, or delete a plugin. Notice in the sidebar, the Related Items box shows any current or related instances of this plugin.
If a plugin has been deprecated or needs to be removed, follow the steps below.
- In the Settings > Plugin page of BlueConic, select the plugin you would like to delete.
Note: You will not be able to create instances of this connection after deleting its plugin.
- In the Plugin page for this connection, click the Save drop-down menu, and select Delete.
Take this step only if you are sure you no longer need the plugin. Contact BlueConic Support if you need assistance or have any questions.
