How do I measure my customer recognition ratio with the BlueConic CDP?

BlueConic provides a Profile Recognition Dashboard so you can see at a glance how many profiles are known by a unique identifier and track your customer recognition ratio over time. The Profile Recognition Dashboard is available from your BlueConic home window, or by searching for it in the Global Search box at the top right corner of the BlueConic window.

What is the BlueConic Customer Recognition Ratio?

Your customer recognition ratio (or profile recognition ratio) is the percentage of your engaged, identified profiles using one or more unique identifiers (i.e., you have their email, customer ID, mobile phone number, etc.) out of your total engaged audience online.
