Introducing: Tours & Support Videos
In addition to the Support Portal, BlueConic users now have access to instructional videos that dive deep into specific platform features and learn more about the product. Tours are self-guided, in-product experiences that help any user get familiar with the interface in order to be up and running as soon as possible.
Control Groups
In order to measure the performance of dialogues, we’ve added control groups to provide reference measurement – no more setting up these groups manually. A control group is a random cohort of visitors that will not see the dialogue.
Segment overlap creation
Use the Segment Overlap insight to identify traits that two or more segments share and then with a single click, create a new segment based on that area of overlap and the individuals that fit that definition.
Firefox Extension
The BlueConic Chrome Extension is now available for the Firefox browser. Both extensions provide a shortcut to beginning data collection on a site with BlueConic.
Map Visualization Insight
To complement the geolocation listener, available in the platform, we added a new Map Visualization Insight that creates an overview of where visitors interact with your dialogues.
