BlueConic product updates
BlueConic releases updates to the BlueConic platform on a regular basis. For each major platform release, we publish Product Release Notes that describe the updates and timing of the release. Product updates are delivered on a rolling basis to BlueConic server clusters.
Checking the status of the BlueConic service
Visit status.blueconic.com for current status updates for the BlueConic platform. This page is updated continually to monitor platform availability, and announces major updates to the BlueConic platform.
How do I subscribe to BlueConic product updates and status notifications?
You can subscribe to status updates from BlueConic via email, text, or other means. Open status.blueconic.com and click Subscribe to updates. You can choose how to receive updates. For example, to receive email alerts, enter your email address and click Subscribe via email. You can also choose to receive alerts via SMS text, slack, webhook, and so on.
Your BlueConic server cluster
BlueConic is housed on servers around the world, in regional clusters. To learn which server cluster houses your BlueConic tenant, choose BlueConic Setting > General from the BlueConic navigation bar to open the General Settings page. Under the Installation & legal information heading, your BlueConic server is shown in the Installation line. Clicking the 'view status' link shows the current server status for your cluster.
