Newly redesigned Dialogues Table Insight

Measure the success of your content dialogues using the newly redesigned Dialogues Table insight that displays your marketing metrics for:

  • Views
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Ratios for clicks/views (CTR), conversions/views, and conversions/clicks
  • Lift of ratios for variants you're testing: Lift of CTR, lift of conversions/views, and lift of conversions/clicks

Behavioral profile data now on the Profile summary page

The Profile summary page gives you a visual overview of a customer's profile. Now you can see a chart of the customer's behavior on your channels. See a visual set of behavioral scores that show this customer's frequency, level of activity, intensity, and relative increase or decrease in activity (momentum) compared to your other customers and visitors.

Create new segments faster 

BlueConic provides a lot of flexibility and multiple ways to create customer segments. We've added a filter selection option to make it even easier to select multiple values that define your segments. Use a single checkbox to select multiple values when creating a segment.

The example below defines a segment for all customers whose consent is needed for selected objectives. Creating a new segment makes it easy to target the customer profiles for which you need consent.

  • More Marketing Metrics! We are working on updates to how dialogues and variants track customers' views, clicks, and conversions, giving you more detail and greater flexibility in tracking direct and indirect conversions.
  • Account and household grouping will allow you to associate individual profiles with a group (i.e. household, account, company). More to come, stay tuned.
