Progressions are allocated to all customers to continuously improve outcomes through our platform. Progressions are opportunities to achieve specific objectives in coordination with Customer Success Managers, who are subject matter experts in BlueConic.
While the primary goal of Progressions, and of BlueConic Customer Success, is to increase value attained from our platform, a Customer Success Manager will coordinate with you on exactly what that means for your business. Progressions planning sessions and delivery sessions will be scheduled, much like the onboarding sessions set aside to activate a use case and plan for another activation session.
Progressions enable us to, along with our customers, clearly define a path to success by selecting areas where incremental improvement is important.
