Support for dynamic webpages

Many sites do not reload the full page to reflect change to content or layout which had occasionally prevented personalization changes driven by BlueConic from rendering. In this release, there is now support for dynamic webpages so that ajax, URL changes without reload, and custom events, for example, work despite the partial page reload.

Geo-location listener

A new listener in BlueConic populates geographical information such as "country", "state", "city", etc. based on the visitor's location. To read more about the accuracy of the detection, check out this article on geolocation. Read more.

Campaign tracker listener

BlueConic customers can use the new campaign tracker listener to distill information about visitor behavior on the brand's landing pages. This allows for the collection of rich new insights about a visitor's intent in moving through a marketing campaign.

User role configuration

Assign varied levels of permissions and access in BlueConic for different users of the platform. Read more.

Salesforce.com Connection Update

One of the most frequently used and value-driving integrations in the BlueConic connections library is with salesforce.com and in this release, we've improved existing functionality and added new capabilities, as well as made the connection a managed package. It's now more flexible and requires less configuration, including the ability to manage the data sync within the BlueConic interface rather than requiring a Salesforce admin. You will also see the BlueConic connection in the salesforce.com AppExchange.

Content Distribution Network (CDN) Expansion

In addition to the robust infrastructure you're accustomed to, BlueConic now supports the world class content delivery network Amazon Cloudfront to provide you with the best possible performance, at no additional cost. User interface improvements

Two areas of clarity in the UI: reducing clutter in the meta data and an overhaul of the navigational menu to make using BlueConic more intuitive.
