Onboarding services are designed to ensure that value is being realized from BlueConic within the first 30 days of signing a contract. Typically, this is as easy as 1-2-3!
① Initial contact focuses on the technical implementation, which involves a single line of code that needs to be added to your website(s). If applicable, mobile SDKs will be delivered and reviewed.
② We will hold a phone/web conference partnership kickoff to confirm your objectives and schedule a walk-through of BlueConic capabilities.
③ After the walkthrough described in #2, follow-up training sessions will allow your team to continually enhance and extend this configuration. The training period includes assistance activating at least one or two use cases.
The long and short of it is that we're here for you -- we will help you start collecting data, and we'll make sure you can use that data immediately and on an ongoing basis.
