BlueConic introduces contextual dialogues. Dialogues can now be edited completely in context of the customer's journey. Using your existing content as a starting point you can optimize the dialogues by adjusting any type of dialogue in the very same context as your visitors are experiencing it.
Contextual dialogues is available for content and lightbox interactions, which now both offer the ability to directly edit and configure them inline, allowing you to directly view these messages in the context of the webpage. Banner interactions can be created now without the need for a separate plugin, but using the new powerful content interaction type.
