From R32, we are making a clear distinction between interactions that visibly
show on a channel versus listeners, which work in the background to update a
visitor's profile. Therefore we have moved all interactions of the following types
to a new section:
- Enrich profile by visitor input
- Enrich profile by visitor behavior
- Engagement Score
- Engagement Interest Ranking
You will now find these in Profiles > Listeners.
In this section you can manage and control everything that has to do with listeners and building up visitor's profiles.
