Updating or deleting items can lead to unwanted consequences when you are not aware of all the relationships in BlueConic. You might not want to change a segment that is in use for one or more interactions, or delete a plugin on which one or more active interactions are based. Now these relationships can be directly clarified (e.g. you can see which interactions use certain segments and which interactions are based on a specific plugin), you can edit items assuredly.

New search function

It is now possible to search for any item in BlueConic via the always available search function. This allows you to quickly find any segment, interaction, variant etc. Even help items are searchable. If you would like to narrow down your search results, you can use the advanced search option to search on all kinds of metadata, such as creation date, status, and last modified date.

Items in BlueConic that you frequently use can be added to your personal favorites list.
