You log in with the email address and password combination that you received from your site administrator. The email address is needed to enhance the security of the authentication process. If you log in for the first time you will be asked to enter a verification code as an extra step in the login process. This verification code is sent to the email address that you use to login with BlueConic.
Note that BlueConic will ask for this extra verification step every time you log in from an unknown environment (different browser or different location), if you completed the verification step on an environment more than 30 days ago, or if you fail to log in correctly 3 times or more in a row.
After a failed login attempt, BlueConic lets you request a password reset:
You can either have a PIN code sent to a verified phone number, or if your phone number has not been verified yet, a note will be automatically sent to all administrators of your BlueConic tenant who can assist with resetting your password.
Note: If your site uses single sign-on for authentication (OneLogin, OKTA, Google G-Suite, etc.), passwords are controlled by your single sign-on provider, not by BlueConic. Contact your site administrator for help with single sign-on.
