Find Product Updates
BlueConic releases updates to the CDP on a regular basis. For each major platform release, we publish changelog posts here that describe the updates and their impacts.
Product updates are delivered on a rolling basis to BlueConic server clusters, and are announced in the platform via the Notifications menu on the BlueConic navigation bar.
Any product updates or planned maintenance will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
Understand feature release types
To ensure we deliver high-quality, valuable features, we introduce platform enhancements through several distinct release stages. Understanding these stages helps you know what to expect in terms of availability, stability, documentation, and support for new functionality.

Definition | Early phase where new concepts or major redesigns are shared with select design partners to gather feedback on core functionality and direction. | Promising features from Private Preview move to Beta for broader testing and refinement across varied use cases. Access details | Invite-only access for a small group working closely with Product and Engineering.

How do I find my CDP server cluster?
BlueConic is housed on servers around the world, in regional clusters. To learn which server cluster houses your CDP tenant:
Select BlueConic Setting > General from the BlueConic navigation bar.
Under the Installation & legal information heading, your BlueConic server is shown in the Installation line.
Click view status to show the current server status for your cluster.
